Hi Shaun, I don't agree with the death penalty at all, and it is so very true what you said in the video. As long as there is a conviction there'd worry about the truth after and its to late for so many people.
Having spent many years in AZ state prisons, I have personally known actually innocent guys doing time because they did not timely or correctly file their appeals and the court ruled that they would not even hear their appeals because of this. If they have NO problem letting innocent people sit in prison, they certainly wouldn't think twice about executing a person who did the same. You can correct such an injustice for a living person, but you cannot take back an executed death sentence! Plus, capital punishment is barbaric, vengeful and just plain wrong....
