I shall try and remember this Shaun the next time I moan about my stiff shoulder and neck, (which will probably be tonight) and know that this is minor compared to your conditions. I never realised, after having read your blog for quite a while now, that your sleeping arrangements were so bad. I thought it would have been better for you here after your transfer. Is there no chance of getting this sorted? After all, a good nights sleep would benefit everyone concerned.
