I think your blog is a great thing and I check it few times per week. Your writings are humorous and insightful, and humour is very important in though situations. As for joga and meditation... well we aren't perfect. The only thing that would make your blog better would be adding pictures of the enviroment you interact in, but I know it's almost impossible. Hell, when I served at the military we couldn't photograph anything which was silly, because most of the stuff we used two years ago are obsolete.

Inmate Escapes With Help From Greeting Card

Wife of an Inmate finds greeting card on the Internet website InsideOutz.com and sends it to her inmate husband serving time in Prison on unnamed charges. Said Inmate was able to escape from the boredom and routine of prison because of the happiness felt from receiving a card that understood both the wife’s and the inmates feelings.

Family members and friends of inmates are going to the InsideOutz.com website and choosing from over 1,000 different cards designed especially with the Freedom Challenged Individual in mind.
